Project Overview

This project involved producing a visually stunning sizzle reel for Cedar Gate, showcasing every aspect of the property and its diverse offerings. Over two days, we captured the interiors and exteriors of all buildings, including the lodge, five cabins, two event centers, two off-site boardrooms, and the loft. To bring the property’s potential to life, we staged various use-case scenarios, portraying Cedar Gate as the ideal destination for relaxation, events, and corporate retreats.

Production:

1. Location Shoots:
   • Capture high-quality footage of the lodge, five cabins, two event centers, two off-site boardrooms, and loft.
2. Staged Scenarios:
   • Execute and film staged scenarios to bring the property’s offerings to life.
3. B-Roll Footage:
   • Film dynamic b-roll footage of interiors, exteriors, and activities to enhance storytelling.
4. Drone Footage:
   • Capture aerial shots to showcase the property’s layout, natural beauty, and surrounding environment.

Post-Production:

1. Editing:
   • Professionally edit the footage into a cohesive and engaging 2–3 minute sizzle reel.
   • Integrate staged scenarios, b-roll, drone footage, and branding elements.
2. Sound Design:
   • Add royalty-free music and master audio for interviews and natural sounds.
3. Color Grading:
   • Apply professional color grading to ensure cinematic visuals.
4. Review and Revisions:
   • Present the initial draft to Cedar Gate for feedback.
   • Implement revisions to ensure alignment with the property’s branding and marketing goals.
