This project involved producing dynamic video content for the Washington FFA 2025 Convention, engaging an audience of 2,000 students. Over the course of the week-long event, we captured and delivered high-energy recap videos, impactful storytelling, and custom assets to enhance the convention’s reach and post-event influence.

Scope of work

To create high-energy, engaging video content that captures the essence of the Washington FFA Convention, showcasing the event's highlights, energy, and memorable moments across multiple platforms.

Tasks and Services:

1. Pre-Production:
   • Collaborate with Sunrise Media to understand event goals and key moments to capture.
   • Develop a production plan, including equipment needs, shot lists, and schedules.
2. Production:
   • Capture high-quality b-roll footage, drone shots, and on-site moments.
   • Record key highlights of the event, including sessions, activities, and audience interactions.
3. Post-Production:
   • Edit and produce 3 nightly recap videos, delivered during the event.
   • Create a comprehensive convention review video, summarizing the event’s impact.
   • Use custom assets, storytelling techniques, and impactful editing to enhance engagement.
4. Content Delivery:
   • Provide videos optimized for social media, on-screen sessions, and website formats.
